Claims Adjuster

The position

Under the supervision of the Claims Team Manager, your main mission will be to evaluate and settle the claims of our Ontario clients as part of a young and dynamic team and to work closely with our team based in Brossard, Québec. You will also have the opportunity to grow in your position by being actively involved in the improvement and growth of the department.

Missions:

• Receive and process claims.
• Analyze the claims, confirm the coverage, and apply the conditions according to the contract.
• Mandate the appropriate specialists and interlocutors.
• Analyze reports and documentation provided by repairers and appraisers.
• Settle claims after analysis of the various reports and inform the insured.
• Interact with our insurers according to our management authorities.
• Make payments (or refusals to pay) following the settlement of claims.
• Actively participate in the development of the department by contributing your ideas and advice.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual to serve our Quebec clients
• A highly developed sense of listening and customer service orientated
